Users must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms of Service. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.
You agree to use Drayvyn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and our Acceptable Use Policy, available at library.drayvyn.com. You will not use the platform to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third party rights.
All content in the Drayvyn Vault remains the intellectual property of Drayvyn. Your subscription grants you a license to use content as specified in our Terms of Service and Content License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of any clip, in whole or in part, to you.
Your privacy is important to us. How we collect and use your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, both available at library.drayvyn.com.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
