Drayvyn is a software-as-a-service platform. Because we deliver digital access rather than physical goods, our refund policy is intentionally narrow. This document explains exactly when you're entitled to compensation, how to request it, and what happens when you cancel your subscription.
We offer compensation in two situations:
The first is a verified failure on our platform. If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the Vault or its core features, we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we do that, we'll issue you a discount code equivalent to 7 days of access to make up for the downtime, with additional credit applied at our discretion depending on the severity and duration of the issue.
If we can't offer a working solution within 7 days of your report, the full affected billing period is refunded, no dispute needed.
The second is a payment processor error. If your payment was charged incorrectly due to a fault on the part of our payment processor, we'll correct it immediately. You'll receive a discount code covering the affected period while we sort it out. Where the fault is the processor's, we pursue compensation on our end. Where the fault is ours, the refund is fully on us and processed without delay.
Outside of these two situations, we don't issue refunds or compensation. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
If you'd like to get a feel for Drayvyn before subscribing, clips are available to preview on our website and across our social media channels, where shared clips include an external preview page. Downloading requires an active subscription.
Issues must be reported within 3 days of the charge or incident occurring. We understand you might not catch something immediately, but 3 days is a fair and reasonable window. Reports submitted outside of this window won't qualify.
To report an issue, use the reporting feature inside the app or contact us at support@drayvyn.com with your account details and a description of the problem.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again, and you'll retain full access to the platform until that cycle ends.
Clips you downloaded during your active subscription period remain available for use in accordance with our Content License Agreement, even after your subscription ends.
We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans when cancellation is voluntary.
