This agreement defines the terms under which Drayvyn grants subscribers access to and use of the clips available in the Vault. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Drayvyn grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use clips downloaded from the Vault for the duration of your subscription and beyond, subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.
The license is granted to you as an individual subscriber. It cannot be transferred, sold, or passed to another party.
The license permits you to use Drayvyn clips in video productions for personal or commercial purposes, in client work, across your own platforms and channels, in paid advertisements, and in any other production use outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
The license applies to all clips downloaded during an active subscription period. If your subscription ends, your license to use previously downloaded clips remains intact. It does not extend to new downloads after your subscription has lapsed.
The license does not grant you ownership of any clip, in whole or in part. Drayvyn retains full intellectual property rights over all content in the Vault.
The license does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of clips in any form. Editing or modifying a clip does not alter this. The underlying content remains Drayvyn's property regardless of how it has been modified.
The license does not permit use of clips in ways that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The license granted to you is non-exclusive. Drayvyn does not license its content to parties outside of the subscriber relationship. The same clips may be available to other Drayvyn subscribers, but will not be licensed to unrelated third parties outside of the platform.
Your license to clips downloaded during an active subscription period has no expiration date. You may continue to use those clips in productions indefinitely, provided your use remains consistent with the terms of this agreement and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Drayvyn reserves the right to terminate your license if you are found to be in material breach of this agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, or our Terms of Service. In the event of termination, you are required to cease all use of Drayvyn clips immediately.
