This policy governs how subscribers may use content accessed through Drayvyn. By maintaining an active subscription, you agree to use Drayvyn's content in accordance with the terms outlined below.
As a Drayvyn subscriber, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use clips downloaded from the Vault in the following ways:
In video productions for personal or commercial use
In client work produced on behalf of third parties
On your own platforms, channels, or social media accounts
In paid advertisements and sponsored content
In productions distributed across any platform or medium
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing clips in any form, whether edited or unedited
Presenting clips as your own original creation or claiming ownership over them
Using clips in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
Using clips in a way that misrepresents real individuals, institutions, or financial events as fact
Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the generation methodology behind any clip
Drayvyn retains full ownership of all clips available through the Vault. Your subscription grants you the right to use clips within the terms outlined in this policy and our Content License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or any claim over the underlying content to you.
Editing, trimming, color grading, or otherwise modifying a clip does not alter this. A modified clip is still Drayvyn's content.
Your right to use clips downloaded during an active subscription period persists after cancellation, in accordance with our Content License Agreement. This does not extend to clips downloaded after your subscription has ended.
Breaches of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. Drayvyn reserves the right to pursue further action where a violation causes harm to the platform, its creators, or third parties.
